Grant Hamilton-Smith has taken on the role of Trustee following the departure of Linda Nicholson as a Trustee.

Grant has visited Bansang Hospital many times over the years. Grant’s second visit was most memorable, back in 1997 he drove a large truck during the rainy season full of aid from Dakar in Senegal to Bansang Hospital. He traversed roads littered with broken down vehicles and potholes that could only be described as craters in the most monstrous wet conditions, an experience that he would not wish to repeat.

Having visited Bansang many times over the years Grant is fully versed with the needs and our aspirations for the long-term goals of the hospital and will be a tremendous asset as a  Trustee.

Everyone in Bansang is looking forward to welcoming Grant back in January 2024
