Staff retention and motivation is central to all of our work. Justification for expanding and renovating staff homes is obvious, yet Africa remains full of examples of costly healthcare projects that ignore one of the most important building blocks of a hospital.

These homes were completely transformed with all new windows doors, plumbing, electrics, tiled shower room , new sinks, toilets, new locally made furniture and a new porch.
