We have created four fully equipped new homes that are now the residences of four Gambian doctors. Without quality accommodation it is very difficult to recruit Doctors. However this project has been transformative in securing these Gambian medical professionals to join the team at Bansang.

In recognition of our Patron, Simon Scarrow's generosity over the years, one of these houses is named Cato's Cottage, a Roman character from one of his books, visit his website click here.

In recognition of Nicola and Jim Livingstone's generosity over the years one of these houses is named Livingstone House. I first met Jim when he was part of a team of riders, Scooters in the Sahara, riding C90 scooters from the UK to the hospital. Nicola and Jim have been oustanding supporters of my work ever since; Holland Hydroponics
