Staff retention is still the key to a fully functioning happy hospital, therefore decent accommodation is vital. The average cost for each unit that we are renovating and extending is £4,000. We have recently completed a block of 8 units, which consist of a bedroom with ensuite toilet/shower and sitting room. For each family home, all of the materials are sourced and made locally, which in turn helps the local economy. Each block of 8 units shares a communal kitchen.
